I have been using live person for my live chat needs and I recently switched over to a new partner , mioot.com and am now using their live chat software for my website. mioot provides all the vital chat features I enjoyed with liveperson, but the cost is much less when compared to what I have been paying. Also , moot's live support is very good also, they done all the small changes that i have requested at no extra cost.

I installed ChatStat about a month ago. I was looking for a basic, low cost solution for online chat to enhance our web store. I have been very pleased with the product, the service and the pricing. Our store is not that busy, but our average sale is almost $3,000. The ChatStat product has allowed us to answer pre-sales questions for prospective customers. The best part is that it is resulting in purchases. Several of these customers would have left our store because they had very specific questions that we just can't answer on the site.
We did need some technical support early on and your staff was very helpful. I am recommending this product to other business owners."
